Our rates vary according to the period (low, mid and high season) are based on customer needs. Our philosophy is to develop ad hoc cost estimates, but to give you an indication, the price on low season is € 35 (per person) and, for a double room, prices starts by:
• Single Room: Starting from € 50
• Double Room: Starting from € 70
For Christmas , New Year and Easter, special packages are provided with prices made for minimum stay.
Starting with January 1st, 2011 a city tax was established by the City of Rome. The cost is 2 € per person (excluding children under 10 y.o.) per night, for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights, and is payable upon arrival.
The kitchen
The kitchen is small and simple, and you will find everything you need for breakfast: the coffee machine, with decaf espresso too, the refrigerator with milk, flavored jams, butter, cheese, honey, chocolate spread, tea, chamomile and hot chocolate. A professional toaster allows you to toast your bread the way you like. Being self-service, you can have breakfast whenever you feel like.

Once checked-in, you will receive the keys necessary to enter the B&B and your room, in order to be completely free and independent.

Our B&B is located so near to St.Peter’s basilica that you can reach it in few minutes by walk.
